Osgood Isgood Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 Numbers 19,20, 28,36 and 39 wouldn't get kicked out of my dream garage! Nor would no 31 for that matter whcih, believe it or not, is on my wish list of cars to have before I pop my clogs! Don't ask me why, ..after all an Austin Allegro estate and Morris Marina are on the same list!!! Why no TR6 in the top 50 ???...where do I vote?

Osgood Isgood Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 Fiat Multipla- "so ugly, it's cool".Erm...no! It's just plain ugly!!!!!!!!! Even I, who aspires to ownership of a Renault 4 and a Marina wouldn't give a Multipla garage space...that's how kin hideous it is!!! Didn't it win "Car of th Year" when it was launched....mind you voting for that award is almost as bent as the voting in Eurovision!
mk2_escort_chick Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 It's aweful! I like the renault 4- dont think i have seen one in the 'flesh'. But they look cute
Rick Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 theres a bloke near me with a reno 4 as his daily driver, theyre funny lookin things. not sure i agree with a lot of the cars on that list
Osgood Isgood Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 theres a bloke near me with a reno 4 as his daily driver, theyre funny lookin things. not sure i agree with a lot of the cars on that list There is never going to be a definitive list cos one mans heaven etc.... Personally I don't like convertible sports cars. Give me a fixed head E-Type any day, but the convertible just doesn't float my boat at all! All this is somewhat ironic given my desire for a TR6, but I will only have one with a hard top permanently affixed to it. Different strokes for different folks and all that.

S2 Dee Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 It's aweful!I like the renault 4- dont think i have seen one in the 'flesh'. But they look cute I used to work on these my uncle had several. The gear change was comic to say the least, it was essentialy a big rod that connected to the gear box which was in front of the engine, you are right they are a cute little motor.

Osgood Isgood Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 Citroen AX? The French cannot design cars for shIt Ah, now hold on one onion picking moment Monsieur!! What about the Citroen SM? There were two at the Ace last Tuesday night, and they were sexy with a capital YES BOY!! And the interiors were stunning...IMHO
Smudger105e Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 Might look good, but the overall designs are more often than not garlic smelling pooh!
