atomic punk Posted July 13, 2007 Report Posted July 13, 2007 I dont like walking across motorway bridges the speed of the cars passing underneath kinda freaks me
sab6024 Posted July 13, 2007 Report Posted July 13, 2007 I'm scared of Moths! What about spiders I don't think spiders are scared of moths.
sambo Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 Ive got a wierd one... and i mean totally strange! Well, you know some people have a fear of say.. balloons or feathers or something really wierd like that, well i have a fear of jewellery! I think it looks disgusting and cant even touch it. Especially gold. The sight of gold on skin makes me feel ill. There are situations where its unavoidable to see or touch it for instance, shaking someones hand who wears rings etc so i have got a lot better with it over the years. I just have to 'wipe' my hand after on my jeans or something!! Fooking wierdo!!
Osgood Isgood Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 snakes! Just typing the word has got me queezy! I can't even look at a picture of one. If one comes on the telly I hide my face behind a cushion! Luckily I don't come across them all too often, or at least didn't till my best mates Daughter got one as a pet (why FFS? It's not as if she can take it for a walk is it?!). Now I will not enter his house until he has sworn upon pain of death that it is in it's case, with a heavy book on top and the bedroom door shut. Before he moved to a house with a downstairs loo I refused to go upstairs as it was too close to the disgusting stupid thing, and took to peeing in his garden! Oh and I am also rapidly developing an irrational fear/loathing of fikking eco-warriors and people spouting on about the bleeding environment every two minutes!
Trevmk3 Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 not really got fears, there is stuff that im not to keen on but i wouldnt call them all out fears i got bit by snakes about every night at one point when i was a lad, they were only grass snakes, ive never been bitten by an ada yet though.
GT_Jim Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 i would hate to live forever thats all i can think of, had an ex who was affraid of other peoples feet!
Kieran Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 Heights and Dogs (that fear of dogs has kind of gone now )
Osgood Isgood Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 MK1-XFLOW...... I suspect your local chief constable has got some "fears" following the decision to organise a "friendly" with Forest!! I spent many week-ends with a mate who lived in Nottingham when I was young free and single, and the last word that springs to mind when talking about Derby and Forest is "friendly!"
Copey Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 spiders...thats pretty much it! hate them, my cat chased one under my door and i ran out the room like a little girl no idea why, i just cant stand them, but other bugs dont bother me...very odd
Smudger105e Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 MK1-XFLOW...... I suspect your local chief constable has got some "fears" following the decision to organise a "friendly" with Forest!! I spent many week-ends with a mate who lived in Nottingham when I was young free and single, and the last word that springs to mind when talking about Derby and Forest is "friendly!" I refereed a vets game at Ilkeston Town's ground once, and the home team turned out in a Forest kit and the away team in Rams kit! 5 yellow cards and a red later...
surfingturnip Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 not really got any fears per say. I sort of get vertigo on high buildings and bridges where my brain keeps telling me to jump off though, that doesnt bother me unduly though as I find it quite funny
louie bagel Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 i'm not scared of anything o.k, o.k, i don't like :- blood or any kind of gore snakes needles and my number one total screeming fear is chlostraphobia (small spaces)
sab6024 Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 Oh another one to go with the blood fear. I don't like getting my hands dirty and my mates reckon I got OCD
emu Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 im scared of heights snap didnt stop me doing a reverse bungee, helicopter winching or cliff rescue though Ive just had an image of you plucking a struggling swimmer from the sea whilst bouncing around on giant elastic band
NHR115 Posted July 14, 2007 Report Posted July 14, 2007 I'm absolutely terrified of wasps and bees. I've been stung loads of times and it doesn't get any less painful
