X-pack-Glyn Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 i run what was a small capri show, but last year it got pretty big, so far 65 car tickets have allready been sold for next years event.. thing is im after about 10 or so non capris, allthough of course those of you that do have capris are invited also. just trying to get a feel if theres any interest at the moment, good camping and piss up weekend, ask escort 21 of course you will have camping area and your own pitch, price is £10 per car regardles of how many passengers/tents you have... perhaps i should mention that its in a private field that it part of a working mens club and we have full use of all facilities and bars.
Pipster007 Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 I could be persuaded, provided I'm not working that weekend

tim Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 would you allow a local rs group to have a stand?
X-pack-Glyn Posted October 18, 2006 Author Report Posted October 18, 2006 would you allow a local rs group to have a stand? Tim, space is already tight, last year i had to sell advance tickets, i had 80 cars turn up, where as the past 9 years had around 40-50... nearer the time il be able to give you a firm answer (its around first weekend in july next year) but i cant see a problem with that. 57 tickets allready sold for next year what im after is around 10 old skool drivers to come and fly the flag, the only proviso,s is that you have to be in an oldskool and you have to be totally nuts, and have the ability to drink lots of cheap beer! this post is just really to guage what interest i might have nearer the time.

Admin Mk2Jo Posted October 20, 2006 Admin Report Posted October 20, 2006 Thank you Pip ... didn't spot that Yup .... that'll be it then
X-pack-Glyn Posted October 22, 2006 Author Report Posted October 22, 2006 so lads (and lasses) fairly safe to say i can reserve around 10 OSF pitches then. the only real serious priviso is that they are old skool fords and not mondeos or vectrons.
