I know of a certain someone who is going over to the Ring and attempting to break the lap Record..(For a mk1 escort) Which is held by Zakspeed 8m 47sec i think.... And i sure he will beat it...N/A Cosworth powered mk1 escort no arches and mad man behind the wheel,Lapped a few months ago in an Old E30 325 at 8 min 52.......So with more power and a lighter ...well set up car .. The record will be coming home to England!!!
