Tucking up for Winter ...

So thats me lads im going to tuck the old gal up for the winter while i pay for a xmas holiday for Mrs Doc and i , The covers on order and ill prep it and lay her up till February where ill drive her down to Capri restorations for new suspension set up , bigger wheels and an 24v cossie engine conversion

 

Ill be back faster , stronger YKT

I drive mine once a month if im lucky , Ive promised not to spend any more on it till next year so id rather put it away and drive my new Alfa sportswagon .

 

The next incarnation will be much more suited to everyday driving . Ive had my fun with it this year been to the shows i wanted and got it in CF so ill save some cash and get into it again next year .

 

If i had a new YB i might drive it a wee while longer

V6 24v , Im going to see an ex police cosworth Granada this week plus Spooner is on the case . It will make it much better for those long trips from Glasgow to London way .
