(May have been, but I don't remember what their names were) Little plastic trains and space rockets which you could buy at the sweet shop, and they were filled with sherbert..... and the box of cigarettes that you could buy... not to smoke, but to eat. Who remembers those???

I loved the ones that had paper round them, walkin home fom school on cold days you could make old ladys think you here actually smoking with your breath hanging in the air Happy days!

peterbilt Posted October 7, 2007 Report Posted October 7, 2007 Hiya peeps i am 50 plus i remember the days in the cold winters when we used o make winter warmers an old paint can punctured with holes put a long wire handel on it light a fire in it swing it around keep it fired up with twigs sitting by the fire making toast coz there was no electric coz we had no money file a half penny down till it would fit in the meter make fuel blocks out of coal dust and veg peelings and when it got realy cold us 6brothers in one double bed covered our selfs with our dads army coats
