I visited the pod for the first time this weekend and was gobsmacked by the speed and quality of some of the cars(especially the escorts).My hat goes off to you guys as some of the times were incredible.The work that goes into these cars is plain to see.

Yeah it was good ,I have alot to learn(must remember to switch onfuel pump).Stronger engine mounts,made it home with cable ties for a topmount. Great day though.

It was good to meet you guys too,And something was amiss(mainly driver ability) but i came away with loads of ideas all of which cost exept for weight reduction .I can see how drag racing can suck you in as i lay in bed last night thinking of what needs to be done to the car.

the only problem with these drag strips you cant appreciate the speed the cars are going cuz of how big it is.
