Is there anyone near Medway that can help me or point me in the direction of someone that can? Cheap as possible. I could probably stretch to a crate of stella.

I have been swearing at my Capri today after trying to fit a new heater motor! Let me know when you have in mind!!!!

Engine and gearbox fitting. Alternator and dizzy and electric ignition, twin 40's need fitting and setting up. I have to fit the pedal box and the servo and make the brakes work I have reconditioned the heater box and that needs fitting. Seats need fitting and bolting down.... um...fuel tank needs to go back in. Headlights, tailights, grill, bumpers etc. I only know very basic mechanics but i'm learning as I go plus I only have a small one car garage lock up with no power to do the work in! hehe I have a bloke coming round on saturday to stick on the mexico stripes if the weather is good. Do you rekon I can make it for the ace cafe meet

If you still fancy helping out or even standing around and thinking about helping while drinking beers giz a pm and i'll get your numbers.

Oh No, not another heater box, you can do that Not sure about this weekend though mate. I have a shed to put up on Saturday, and Sunday, I am doing some work on a boat round the corner from you!!! johnny_h Posted September 10, 2006 Author Report Posted September 10, 2006 I've been busy this weekend, all thats left to do is drop in the engine and gearbox. The only thing I can't do by myself. If no-one local has one I can hire an engine hoist for 25 quid and i'll get my mate to help. I'm working next week and only have the evenings to do the work. I'm determined to make it to the ACE cafe meet. The only problems I think I might need help with is wiring and basic tuning. Whadya rekon? ps i just found these smiley fings lol

All thats left is to join the gearbox to the engine and drop it in. If anyone can come round any time to point me in the right direction it would be apreciated.
