Mr Sam Posted November 10, 2007 Report Posted November 10, 2007 so im sat at some lights,,,,totally unawear of the car beside me but floor it off the lights, suddely saw it in the mirror....BMW struggling to keep up with the fezza anyway the twat obviously thought he could floor it and get infront of me in the lane im in so he evetually has to pull in behind me then for some reason undercuts me and weves back infront of me cutting me up and nearly taking out a car in the lane hes just hopped in and out of now then picture the scene 2 lanes with high walls either side leading to an underpass,,,,,i give an allmight 3+ second blast of the horn........the KLAXON of thy doom echo or what anyway pull up next to him on lights on a rounderbout look over and shake my head at him 'fooooking tw@t' he just raises a hand as if to say 'whats the proble' i managed to resist winding the passenger window down and tell him theres no way his lousy BMW can get a drag prepped fezza off the lights i also restrain myself from spanking him off these lights even though i know being on a rounderbout i could of had his pants down big time.......uuuurgh cooooont oh and his indicators didnt work
emu Posted November 10, 2007 Report Posted November 10, 2007 I heard indicators are only an optional extra on BMWs and that no-one has ever ticked that box; too busy specifying their sat-nav and heated cup holders
Copey Posted November 10, 2007 Report Posted November 10, 2007 i HATE BMW drivers!! i pulled out infront of one on a roundabout a while back, not cut up or anythin, so then the prick puts his foot down so i am like "sod this, am not gettin shown up by some pretty-boy fag in his convertable BM" and give it some revvs, he was keepin up with me in the outside lane and i thought, great this is wer he overtakes me as i pulled in, and he actually couldn't the bloke actually followed me back to my house gets out and goes "how the fook does that thing go so fast?" and thi was before the 2.1 went in
RChambers Posted November 10, 2007 Report Posted November 10, 2007 My BMW comes with the optional indicaters but the brand does seem to attract some right tossers. Shame really as they are great cars
Mr Sam Posted November 10, 2007 Author Report Posted November 10, 2007 im sure they are great cars but 90% of the owners and drivers are utter cocks one came tearing past me on a motorway, matt black polished lip on black wheels.....same as me at the time, he then pulled infront of me and slowed right do so i overtook, then he nailed it flashing the hazards as he went.......so i kept up, bet that made him jump
RChambers Posted November 11, 2007 Report Posted November 11, 2007 Well hopefully I'm in the 10% then as my everyday hack is a 325 coupe .
cyrix Posted November 11, 2007 Report Posted November 11, 2007 How a 1.1 fiesta can out accelerate any BMW i've no idea, even the bottom of the range ones. The Whole BMW/Audi driver thing is a some kind of urban legend lol, I do 30k a year on the roads and cant say I've ever noticed it.
Burns Posted November 11, 2007 Report Posted November 11, 2007 i do about 100 miles a night and i've never seen a bmw use it's indicators (it's a pet hate of mine, along with fog lights on when it's not foggy)
ZetecVan 2.0 Posted November 11, 2007 Report Posted November 11, 2007 I was following a 1 Series on Tuesday night. Going up a three lane dual carriageway, I was in the left hand lane, and he was in the middle. Got to a big (three lane) roundabout, went round it. Both of us were going straight forward (exit two) Coming off the roundabout, he was indicating to turn off, but decided to move over into my lane and as he exited. I was kind of expecting this. The front end of my car was just about alongside the back end of his. So I stomped on my brakes and my horn. He did the indicator left, indicator right, indicator left signal to say sorry. So this one's indicators were certainly working. I think it was his mirrors which were the optional extra.
