JAY PS Posted November 16, 2007 Report Posted November 16, 2007 Well done Andy my mate did the same ,Big Mac as we used to call him (from the days of the organ inn at ewell in surrey)was over 28 stone(at 25 years old ) when he had a heart flutter and was told to diet or die within the year He lost 10 stone within months and is now about 12 stone and many years later and is now in his forties and loves life .
