hotrodholty Posted November 22, 2007 Report Posted November 22, 2007 what are ye plans low and stiff on my slot mags lol resprayed (colour undecdided) confy seats (not sure what from yet just whatever i find thats comfy enough and get the rear bench retrimmed to match cd player (willt ry and find a discreet one .. ) and hide some speakers becauys ei like my tunes gxl grille a nice tall diff and 5 speed box for motorway cruising ! ittl be a "sensible" car lol you should try and get a granny scorpio seats and fit them. leather and poss electric but very comfy you may even be able to fit the rear with a bit of fiddling.
Stu_B Posted November 22, 2007 Report Posted November 22, 2007 Yeah they will fit with a bit of work, was gonna do this with my mk3 but decided not to as it's a 2dr.
deltamal Posted November 22, 2007 Report Posted November 22, 2007 I've got 2 scorpio black leather front seats stored away, no rips, will bolt on to the existing corty seat sub frames, went all retro a couple of years ago and put GT high backs in.
Messenjah Posted November 22, 2007 Author Report Posted November 22, 2007 well ive hit a snag there was meant to be a guy coming here today to pick up my westfield and give me £1600 cash and i was going to use £300 of that to go and get the cortina ... he didnt hsow up ... so im stuck tryign to raise the cash as quick as is humanly possible !
Messenjah Posted November 22, 2007 Author Report Posted November 22, 2007 a fair few bits for sale now guys !
bortaf Posted November 22, 2007 Report Posted November 22, 2007 Mk3 granny seats go in nice You'll have to weld the runners if you want to keep the leccy stuff though but worth it i think, and they are cheap, rears will be a pain the bottoms are well different and in the estate you will prolly need to fit the backs to the origional metal drop plate with the corty foam and covers removed
