Route 38 is on the A38 on the way to Plymouth so if your coming from Bristol your best bet would be to stay on the M5 which joins onto the A38 and carry on going. Over the Tamar Bridge...no passport needed ...and keep heading to Bodmin. Route 38 is on the Trerulefoot roundabout....can't miss it! See you there
