Is there any other dirt you have on him? Yes, he owns and runs a HGV firm and regularly drives the trucks when anyone is off sick and he doesn't even have a hgv licence... That's just one thing. The bloke is a born liar and I've been told I'm not the first employee to knock him out! If it goes to crown court I'll make sure my solicitor knows everything I know. The funny thing is, it was me that called the police in the first place but he was bleeding so they assumed that I was the attacker.
