bortaf Posted January 25, 2008 Report Posted January 25, 2008 Put it this way i took some batterys into frag 2 days ago, got £1.20 PER battery been running iron for 20 years and they've never been that high Me mate run a Mk3 granny in last week £155 everything is up at the mo, do you think i can find a car to run in been cruising the skips collecting burning wire

It was a skip containing over a ton of titanium. If the scrap guys had the sense to check then they where in for a big surprise, isnt titanium 20k a ton these days?

The presenter took a crewcab LDV full of 'stolen' man hole covers around various scrap dealers, to see if he would have any trouble selling them. Surprisingly they had no bother at all!! WTF did they expect??
