Gaz - you know better than that - if Terry's 500 hp escort runs 10.0 then a 230 hp pinto with 75 extra hp wont drop 2.2 seconds from 11.5 to um..er.. a bit less..

The problem with a hightly tuned pinto is if you are running silly comp ratio then you run the risk of blowing it up easily with the gas i think.

If your running 13:1 or more say, thats why on turbo'd car everyone goes low comp then chuck some gas in and take a bit of ignition out

Jayson and Andy would easy run a low 10 with gas . Don't forget their power delivery is far superior to the turbos so they will make better use of it instead of wheelspinning

If you go by the 1.2 theory i think it could be well acheivable
