jimbo Posted February 14, 2008 Report Posted February 14, 2008 1967 Morris Cooper 998 In grey with burgundy leather interior. Rust free and complete. Needed stripping, cleaning and rebuilding. £80 Didn't get it 'cos I listened to an earbashing from my old dear about abandoned minis on her drive (courtesy of older brothers) Only realised my error when it had been sold to someone else.
Doc Posted February 14, 2008 Report Posted February 14, 2008 e type jag for #3500 - months later some geezer sold it for 40k
stephens_xpack Posted February 15, 2008 Report Posted February 15, 2008 Unfortunately opposite way round for me. Tend to buy them and then think "Why did I do that" and then spend the next 6 months trying to sell them for less!!!!!!!!! Never was great at buying and selling cars. Anyone interested in an old school 911 SC ?
DarrenM Posted February 15, 2008 Report Posted February 15, 2008 My mates looking for a 911, can you PM me some details Also I could have bought an AC Aceca (AC ACE with a roof) 2 years ago for £3750 but I would only go to £3500
