There are 2 forms of this.. a full register which anyone can look at by going to your local council offices.. but you cant take copies of it... so you would need to be a bit sneeky bout remembering the ifo of these people OR you can purchase a versin of the edited register... but they may have decided to be not included on this document (they have no choice on the full register) Its all to do with the box they tick on the voter registration form... if they do tick the box then they will only appear on the full register but if they haven't (which most people dontbother to) they will appear on both.
