surfingturnip Posted February 25, 2008 Report Posted February 25, 2008 if thats what I think it is it gives very little performance benefit and is generally fitted to dodgy hatchbacks for boastng points with their boy racer mates

ZetecVan 2.0 Posted February 25, 2008 Report Posted February 25, 2008 Yeah they're really really good... There's a review here: http://www.j-body.org/forums/read.php?f ... 1&t=113561
baz105e Posted February 25, 2008 Report Posted February 25, 2008 but with 2-3 psi of boost surely you could fit them to a carb'd motor too !?!?!?
Toby Posted February 26, 2008 Report Posted February 26, 2008 Yeah they're really really good... There's a review here: http://www.j-body.org/forums/read.php?f ... 1&t=113561 Wow - did you see the amount of boost it made in the video? http://videos.streetfire.net/video/6f08 ... 022073.htm
Mick The Cabbie Posted February 26, 2008 Author Report Posted February 26, 2008 I found one online too FPMSL
yorkester Posted February 26, 2008 Report Posted February 26, 2008 I found one online too Yeah, but this one is too much power for the small jap crap and needs brake upgrades, suspension mods etc
ZetecTinaLee Posted February 26, 2008 Report Posted February 26, 2008 Anyone seen the civic on a dyno with a leaf blower strapped to it?!! Think its on you tube somewhere... think it made a couple of hp lol Not being funny but surely if you had something powerfull enough to actually make a decent amount of boost dont these people realise you need more fuel to go with the more air? Surely it will just melt like most turbo cars running too much boost without the fuel
