not sure if this in the right section but i`m after some advice on what cam to use. it`ll be a road car but more for the drags. its a 2litre pinto with full race head(1.75"and 1.50" valves) twin 48`s, cosworth rods, ARP bolts etc. Any info would be great. Dean

Kent WR40 :ykt: . excellent cam on a street car/strip car . Makes the same kind of power as an HT1 but more grunt everywhere

GTS2,its a lightning rod cam.

Dunno how it stacks up against these others mention but its quite a long duration but monster lift, should be good for a pinto

yes GTS profiles are tasty as well  . We've all got/had these pinto cam profiles over the years and all are good = WR40 , HT1 , Burton 40-41 . These are all good in a pinto if your heads got group 1 valves etc and plenty of compression

I have one of the GTS cams in mine ... 2.1 pinto, full race head & 48's and it is a good all rounder and well behaved in traffic
