O.k. it hasn't been used for 20 years laid up in a garage. I come along and drag it back into life, and plan a few little tweaks. Yeah, I think i would be a tad unhappy that I have had a rude awakening after 20 years, but why give me so many problems??? Anyway, I am seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, and that is what makes it worth while. Hours of blood, sweat and tears (literally), but when you turn the key, make it to the end of your road without breaking down, seeing peoples faces and listening to nice comments, it makes you feel good. And it does doesn't it? BTW, I ran out of petrol in a contra-flow on the A2 this evening because my sodding fuel gauge doesn't work Another job to do!
