ZetecVan 2.0 Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 Fooking hell again... I hadn't had chance to do anything with the car port last week cos I was away. Tonight more tiles have blown off and landed on the wifes car and damaged the windscreen Luckily my van is in a nice safe garage.
ann_capri Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 oh mate sorry to here that, at least your car is safe ,
lotusless Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 i think you better sort it before it does some major damage to some more cars (or people!)
ZetecVan 2.0 Posted March 20, 2008 Author Report Posted March 20, 2008 i think you better sort it before it does some majordamage to some more cars (or people!) Yeah. I was planning on ripping it down this weekend if the wind doesn't beat me to it.
Mr Sam Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 gutted mate, can you claim or will they treat is as 'act of god' no joke i read my insurance small print one day and im not covered in the event of 'act of god' or 'nuclear war'
Rick Posted March 21, 2008 Report Posted March 21, 2008 i hate the wind, im seriously expecting to get to my dads to find the roof collapsed across my car.
ZetecVan 2.0 Posted March 21, 2008 Author Report Posted March 21, 2008 Oh fook part 3... Just been out to collect the tiles that are scattered around the neighbours gardens, and three pieces of tile were on the bonnet, boot and roof of my next door neighbours Triumph Spitfire... Luckily, there is no damage, and it's a 'one day I'll get round to it' project that he's not yet started... I'm halfway through ripping it down, so after today I'll have nowhere to keep the van sheltered
