just watched it and there was a new cream on the market that could make you lose weight fast , lose about 10st in 6 weeks , so i thought i'll get some of that as im trying still to lose weight but getting no-where fast and it's only £12.99 , but can only order online

 

so i go on there web site to find out more , only to find it's a april fools

 

i dont think it was a very nice joke to pull on those who are trying to lose weight as i was all joyfull at the fact i could get my figger back to how it was 8 years ago in about 6 weeks and now i feel very let down by it

People lose weight different ways, the main thing is when u lose it, u keep it off.

Its a combo of diet and exercise.

You dnt have 2 join an expensive gym though. Use things in ur house i.e stairs etc

To Anns question/complaint I say depersonalise it and try to take it how it was meant, i.e. a little light hearted humour on April Fools day. As Wessie points out it was a pretty far fetched claim to be making and whilst it may seem cruel, there's an element of cruelty in every joke that's told or trick that's played on people. Sadly someone always has to be the butt of the joke so chin up as by tomorrow it'll be someone else that's getting the piss taken out of them.

Ann ..... don't worry about the GMTV thing .... just get yourself out walking more and cut out any crap you eat in your diet .... you can do it on your own doris ... you don't need any naff old creams even if they were real

 

And like Sarah says, while you are waiting for the tea to cook or when you have 10mins just do some stair steps ... just stepping onto and off of the bottom stair .... you can feel the burn in your legs and bum within minutes mate

but to be honest with you,i no vista say's to take it light hearted but if you want to loose waite and cant ud be upset about it to.

 

it's like if you were blind and some one was offering a cure ,i know it's not quite the same but you would go for it would'nt you,

i manged to loss 6 stone in 4months and the last stone was in 10days but to do that i got chroins and the hopsital didnt know wat it was,not the best way to loss weight i can tell ya
