If your caught on the phone in a bus or wagon now you loose those priveledges/license and get a £2500 fine.

 

They will also give you that fine if you have a pcv license even if your only driving a car.

 

Theres a reason why.

 

One thing isnt such a big deal, but doing all of those things at once isnt clever. Im really surprised he let you off, but his coffee was getting cold, and he probably didnt want all the other bobbies to eat all his doughnuts.
