he says in the ad they have a tapered wheel nut seat, that makes them laser wheels.

I couldnt remember if the RS wheels had flat or tapered seat, but the ones in his picture look like RS rims :? ie the thin metal round the wheel nut hole,i have some laser wheels here and they deffo have a thicker rim around the wheel nut hole than the ones in his pic

aarrggh who to believe , why not mk1 mexico

the thing i always thought to look for was thinner bits round bolts and slightly thinner bits that point out in the alloy

They look a lot like mk1 rs rims to me, if some dilly tit has put taperd nuts into flat washer style rims them they are as good as scrap, i have 2 6x13 mk2 rs rims that are fooked cus someone has done that to them :evil:

strange :?

hopefully it aint RS wheels somone has fitted steel wheelnuts too and cut the taper by doing that

Mk1 wheels would be 5 1/2 not 6 wouldn't they ?

Yeah get some numbers mate.

They are not laser because of the design around the holes

Not mk2 RS because of the tapered seat

Not mk1 RS because they were 5.5J

Not JPS because they too were 5.5J

Not GP1 wheels of any kind mk1 or mk2. GP1 mk1 wheels dish inwards(hellblue has them on his mk2 cortina), Gp1 mk2 wheels are a totally different shape (keeh has them on his mk1 fiesta)

Obviously not 7 or 7.5J wheels either

Not fiesta supersport because of the dish

So im stumped. The flat face of the centre cap seating looks different slightly too. :?

Good luck in getting a bargain anyhow
