we's british guy,westwood

Westwood.......... Hmmmm

Who can take a lanky 40 year old man who clearly thinks he is black and was born in America seriously? Or be daft enough to leave there car with him. I mean come on his dads a Vicar! The man is quite clearly a "nae righter" and should be tied to a pole dowsed in water then zapped by a Eletric cattle prod till he talks properly!

I like Westwood the way i like Fig Rolls and i hate Fig Rolls!

Continue as you were

Just got back from a rolling road day at Track and Road. Stuck my Jaguar X-Type 2.0D on the rollers at the end as a placebo to prove the accuracy of the equipment there.

Manufactuers data for the 2.0D engine in my car is:

133bhp (130ps)

243lbs/ft (330nm)

My car made:

133bhp (130ps)

243lbs/ft (330nm)

Below is a scan of the graph and data for proof.

X-Type%20Power%20Run%20001.jpg

So I think it's fairly solid evidence that the rollers at Track and Road are supremely accurate!

loving the diesils 240ibls feet at 2600 revs but then only 125 ibls feet at 4600 revs  . Why do diesil engines do that ? Bloody weird isn't it ? :? . Track n road reads slighlty higher than Sanspeed . A bit higher than Power engineering and a far bit higher than Torque of the Devil

Yep, you can feel it in the car, as soon as you're over say 3750 it just loses all go, change gear at 3500 though and you can pedal them along pretty swiftly once they're going, just a pain when you're pulling off, first gear lasts about 10 nanoseconds!

Glad to hear it mate.

If Your bro says the Duratec is better than his wicked YB then its good enough for me.

Indeed mate, he totally adored his N/A Cossie too, so to say that the duratec is that much better is really saying something.

I do know he does secretly pine for the cossie look in his engine bay still though
