TBH I've never been entirely sure of whether I'd want my car featured in a magazine or not.

 

I drive it and enjoy it for me and it costs me quite a lot to keep it the way I want it. To cut a long story short, I'm not sure I see how a magazine making profits from selling articles that rely on the labour and expense of the owners that feature in their pages without passing some of that profit back to the owners is fair. I'm not talking much, perhaps a free 6 month subscription for every owner whose car is featured?

totally fair play what vista has said, my nans allways writing into mags or sending pics or what not and usually gets vouchers or payed (not much) for images used or letters published

 

 

although i think id allow mine to be featured just as bragging right 'my cars in so and so'

id rather have fun trying to spot my car in pics from shows and stuff if you get me... rather than like a 4 page feature or something. it would be cool to see the great pics tho... the lighting and scenes and stuff. and a good way to say thanks to ppl that helped etc.

 

its also good if you want to sell your car. like good pics and info in the feature ect. makes it worth more too

 

it'd be cool to have a double feature like the harris's did the other week, and the couple who had the blue anglia(husband) and mk1 escort (wife) last year some time. was awesome.
