Do it mate, Why not? You're young if you don't have much close family and prospects abroad are better than why wait?

Everyone takes the p1ss out of the Americans but they do some things right and it is a beautiful country

I wouldnt mind running off to Australia or Canada. Ive got my PCV Mechanical Engineering qualifications which im sure would help, and if i go to study Physics in Uni for the next 3 or 4 years i could run away after that. If theres nothing for me here by then i may well do it.

The old saying the grass is always greener springs to mind

I always think I'd love to go off to Oz, and have massivee respect for those who just go and do it, But i really don't know how I'd cope not being in the 'know' sort of thing.

Over here i kow where to go if i need soething, to find someone, to buy something or sell something, even down to mates being on other end of phone who can come and help me lift a sofa or something, in a new country there would be none of that, totally starting from scratch, does scare me a bit that......

I don't think I could do it alone if I'm honest. If I had a few friends I'd made via the interwebs over there beforehand, that'd make life a bit easier, but I think honestly, I'd have to be going with someone so we were there for the other to rely on. Know wot I mean?
