After building her for nearly 5 years, After lots of swearing, money, love and hate................Shes finally running!!!

I have to say a massive thanks to Kev down at WPE, I honestly couldnt have done it without him! Together with wayne they re-routed all the plumbing, set the diff, totally wired up the loom and basically got it ready for the road, The best bit? I turn the key and all hell breaks loose, it sounds awesome and purrs on tickover! I cannot reccommend WPE highly enough, The work is second to none and they could not have been more helpful.

A few beers will be going their way from me!:beer::beer:

Pics and Videos coming soon, First drive on sunday WOOHOO!!!

The new tidy engine bay!

All I got to do is set up suspension, sort out carbon goodies and final bits for mot!

Oh and possibly have to set carbs up, spitting flames out of inlet pipes !!

Kev delivered it back to my garage the other night, snuck out of work early with a jerry can of fuel and some new number plates, very gingerly ran it up and down the road a few times! Fookin scary, build it for 5 years then all of a sudden its driveable!! A little scared of damaging it!! Dont think that'll last tho!!

It still needs a few bits before she's proper ready, like a say theres a slight issue to sort with the fueling! but other than that its just finishing bits! Scared the shit out of the local hoodies when it took off! flames out the exhaust!! Cant get over how loud the carbs are! its like music to my ears!!

Cant wait till its proper ready next year ready for next season with a WPE top end! :ykt:

The old XE's do bark as you say! 8)8) Not sure they're supposed to spit flames  but if it scares the hoodies.....
