No you take back to burtons and at least give then the chance to sort it out, what you have to remember they buy them in from a supplier and sell them on, at least give them benefit of the doubt before slagging them off, over the years burtons have no doubt sold you items in the past and youve been more than happy with it, best way to find out about a company is by thier after sales service!

By the way i am not slagging them off and i brought this prop 6 months ago and over the last 2 months trying to find the problem, i have spent a lot of money over the years and had no problem with them.

i had the same with my mates prop theere was a batch from burtons

that never got balanced frome there supplier

so my guess that was on of them is your prop they will correct it free of charge but it is frustrating but with most new products ,many that are inferior :thumbsup:

 

yes live wire but with most companys good products that you buy ,you pay a good price :mrgreen:

No doubt they are aware of the bad batch and are more than ready for your call, thing is if you dont tell them as far as they are aware youve got a good one! just ask for a replacement by courier and tell them you will have old one ready to be collected at same time

I stopped using them a while back after i bought a wobbly prop and recieved little help when i called them.

 

Took it to JW engineering in Bexleyheath to sort it. Top guys who i should hae used to make me a prop in the first place.

I don't believe Ian was slagging them off Mr Livewire and I am sure he will go back to Burtons to see if they will sort it out.
