Are there any removable battery trays from any cars you might find down the scrap yard that could be of any use to secure a battery in the boot?

have a look round some of the jap stuff, most of those have bolt in battery trays

rover 200's the battery trays are removable, done a few head gaskets on them and are plentiful down any scrappies with the head missing usually lol! wonder why!

 

if its got the K-series in it anyway i think, round shape 200 not the older shape, and some of them have honda engines with gearbox on the left, not sure if these battery trays are the same...
