viv-ashton Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 Went to the docs yesterday as ive had a real bad pain all down my chest since monday. Its so bad that i cant sleep and keep being sick with the pain... The doc decided to send me to the hospital for sum blood tests as he thinks it could be either: GALL STONES or something wrong wiv my LIVER Gotta go back to the doctors tonight to get the results of the blood tests.... Ill let you all no the outcome later...
Admin Mk2Jo Posted December 6, 2006 Admin Report Posted December 6, 2006 (if it's your liver could be something to do with all the alcohol you consumed on Saturday ) ..... seriously thought mate .... hope it's not too drastic. Keep us informed
Slik 50 Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 Never had gall stones, it dosnt nice but it cant be as bad as tooth ache
Mr Sam Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 eeeeeeeeeeeew fingers crossed its not stones i had a kidney stone a couple of months ago, i dont think its possible to be in any more pain hope its nothing serious and you get better soon
viv-ashton Posted December 6, 2006 Author Report Posted December 6, 2006 Thanks everyone... Im hopin it wont be nothing too serious either!! I dont no how much more of this pain i can take...
Mr Sam Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 is it down your back, between kidney and bladder the painful bit is when its passing from the kidner yo the bladder and the pressure of the stone causes the discomfort and sickness once its got passed there it all seems to fade away
viv-ashton Posted December 6, 2006 Author Report Posted December 6, 2006 yeah it starts just underneath my rib cage all the way down the front of my chest! the pain gets really bad then after a while it goes away but the it will come back wiv avengence!!!
Mr Sam Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 both sides or would you say the pains more orientated around 1 kidney went to my doctors he did a few checks phoned the urology ward and said this boy needs a bed NOW im not sending him to a&e lay around on a bed there while they did some tests a few hours later the pain had gone and never returned but they kept me in over night like i said the pain is from the stone passing from kidney to bladder, while its at this stage they cant do much with it when it reaches the bladder they give you a CT scan if it big they lazer it, if not they leave you to pass it out, i didnt really feel it pass out though so dont worry bout that part just make sure your having plenty of fluids
Pipster007 Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 Get well soon. I'm sure Jayse will tend to every whim
