Retro-gone. Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 There is a very dodgy way of sanding the rim without ruining your wrists. Leave the wheel on the car, jack the back up and start it in gear to let the wheel spin but dont put your hand on the wheel, make something up to hold the sandpaper to the wheel so your hand is well away from it, this isnt the safest way to do it but it works *awaits a telling off*
