I drove a TVR Cerbera last year and loved it. It was a pig to drive with its concrete clutch and heavy steering but it let you know who was in control.it did 60mph in 4 seconds

That must be one of the ugliest cars I have ever seen

I cant belive that when someone puts up a pic of a civic with a snowplow bumper, every one slates it, but when someone out up a pic of a TVR that has the same civic bumper stuck on the rear then finnished of with the biggest, chaviest spoiler that any corsa owner would be proud of and dont get me started on them bonnet vents!

Im not saying that the car dosnt need them, Just that it is truly one of the ugliest cars I have had the misfortune to see!

Rather have my brother's cobra, it doesn't need dressing up to look mean and turn heads, prob makes more noise and is a bit more of an experience having just a screen, one roll hoop leather buckets and not much else. Also, its a Ford engine - but a bloody big one at that!

my uncle was on the list for the road car version but they never launched it it was designed to beat the mclaren F1 but never got fully tested before the dick at TVR pulled it from the projects, got this picture of the prototypes:

I agree, it's bin hit with a seriously big ugly stick, supremely quick it may be, but TVR does after all stand for Trouble Very Regularly so thanks but no thanks.

There are a few tvr's i like- not really a fan of expensive fast cars.

I just like my osf's, mini's and things like that.

I find that only applied to the tuscan speed 6, after the problems with that car my uncle never had TVRs again, I preferred the cerbera and griffith 500 he had ( he had all of the TVR's ever made up until the tuscan speed 6)

I've known a few people with Cerberas and they all cursed them for woeful reliability, maybe your Uncle was one of the lucky few.

ill agree it looks horrible give me a tuscan speed 6 anyday, but its not just your average "civic" bumper its some highly crafted aerodynamic geniousity to keep the thing on the ground at 246mph
