mk1super Posted February 3, 2009 Report Posted February 3, 2009 Someone please arch a mk1 cortina that looks mental as does the 100e
V8ian Posted February 3, 2009 Report Posted February 3, 2009 Dunno about the Mk1, but heres a couple of a 100e retro built about 2 years ago, seems to have gone quiet on this,
novanut64 Posted February 3, 2009 Report Posted February 3, 2009 it's coming along ian but the fecker won't let me take any shots of it there is a twin turbo sbc tube chassis 105e being built in the same yard
105Ian Posted February 3, 2009 Report Posted February 3, 2009 Heres a couple of pics of my Anglia that Gary at Retromotorsport , fitted with the same style of arches as he did to the 100e , the arches are Mk1 Escort bubble arches that he has modifed to keep them below the swage line .
Retromotorsport Posted February 6, 2009 Report Posted February 6, 2009 I still cant wait to see Popworth painted ... took a while to persuade him to go for the arches and it is hard work to move them around because of the gauge metal used, but, its worth it
Retromotorsport Posted February 6, 2009 Report Posted February 6, 2009 Same with Ian 105E ... its worth it to maintain the lines of the car and Ian picked a brillient colour to show them off
escortwithsunroof Posted February 7, 2009 Report Posted February 7, 2009 great pics there, lovin that E with the arches on it
SLYMAN Posted May 18, 2009 Report Posted May 18, 2009 What arches did you use for Popworth? Are they Mk1 Escort fabricated? Dunno about the Mk1, but heres a couple of a 100e retro built about 2 years ago, seems to have gone quiet on this,
