Badgerman85 Posted June 10, 2009 Report Posted June 10, 2009 ...from work for warning my girlfriend they were checking up on her, rather than take it as a bit of advice she went n spoke 2 her manager saying she knew they were checking her stats and then hes come 2 me now im f*****g suspended for gross misconduct, gotta go in for a disciplinary tomorrow at 9am, im well and truely screwed...

Just deny you said anything to her, they have to prove it, don't they? My employers put me on a final written warning and demoted me to fitter from Production Manager because I didn't ring head office about an accident....

Badgerman85 Posted June 10, 2009 Author Report Posted June 10, 2009 feels a bit harsh if you ask me, especially seein as how much work i actually get done for them, ungrateful bunch of twunts! dont really know what i should do, cant really deny it as i already said i warned her but they dont know shes the missus coz been a bit worried about everyone finding out, gonna have to tell em 2morrow and then they might understand i felt a bit of a duty to help her out etc etc! i dunno, will find out tomorrow morning, wish me luck peoples as no job will = no escort fun times =(

The big problem is they put the case for the prosecution, you put the case for the defence, then they decide if they are right or you are right. They are judge, jury and executioner...
