just gripeing really but that race at the end between the mclaren and the bugatti the mclaren pissed all over the bugatti over the race standard 1/4 mile bit unrealistic for a race bit embarasing for vw too considering the tech and power of the vw compared to the age and basic(for a race car) set up of the mclaren

Don't really see it TBH, seeing as both cars do well over 200 MPH it would be pointless doing a quater mile with terminal speeds of just over 100MPH AND i didn't see the golf winning the challenge it lost to a Volvo

alright then your at the lights on your local bypass in your mclaren and it just so happens that a veyron pulls up by your side brum brum lights go green and off you go oh but its only about 1/4 mile or 1/2 a mile to the next set of lights if your lucky .....now do you see my point

Dont care about the race results for me if i had £1 million to spend it would be the Mclaren every time beautiful and pure car . its like comparing a MK2 RS2000 against a Focus RS you have got the raw feel of a basic engineered car or one contolled by electronics its a no brainer

who gives a crap, it showed both the strengths and weaknesses of each car, and to make up such a large defecit over the last half mile and absoloutley trounce the mclaren by such a distance was an amazing thing to do....

 

although iirc the mclaren is slower round the top gear track too just remember its an entertainment program, i enjoyed the race was a cracking achievement from the dub....

 

i'd still have the mclaren though! bugger me thats fast off the line!
