sambo Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 Finally got a half decent digital camera. So i went out for a drive and took some nice pics of my car for the first time!! Nice photo's i reckon, shame the engines coming out tomorrow!! Let me know your thoughts...... And here's a sneak peak of the new engine...... Got the dyno sheet showing 285BHP !!!
evil knievel Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 that is GORGEOUS! I love those wheels... Totally convinced me to go with black wheels. 285 christ on a bike mate thats gonna be a laugh!! have fun
sambo Posted September 4, 2009 Author Report Posted September 4, 2009 Cheers guys, personally i really dont like the wheels and if i would stop spending all my money on engines, i would get the axle shortened and get some lovely splitties on there!
mk1estate Posted September 5, 2009 Report Posted September 5, 2009 To be honest i think im giving you too much pocket money, Dad
evil knievel Posted September 5, 2009 Report Posted September 5, 2009 If you ever sell the wheels can i have first dibs?
sambo Posted September 5, 2009 Author Report Posted September 5, 2009 If you ever sell the wheels can i have first dibs? Sure mate. They are: Grp4 Compomotive MO 8x16 et0 on front finished in satin black Grp4 Compomotive FR 8x16 et27 on rear finished in satin black Dunlop DO1J 205/50.16 tyres front and rear. I have 4 of the rear wheels and 2 of the fronts. If you look closely, they are different! They are Group 4 fitment but you can get conversion nuts to go on std hubs i think.
Andrade Posted September 5, 2009 Report Posted September 5, 2009 well built 4 cylinders make me smile

Stu_B Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 Not a big fan of Escys but I love ths car, looks hard & like it means business
sambo Posted November 6, 2009 Author Report Posted November 6, 2009 Cheers for all the nice comments guys. The new engine is no way producing 285BHP. I reckon it'll make a real 245 ish BHP. Its got full race cams, doug kiddy crank and tapered T/B's. Should sound the tits. The Jondel, 2.0ltr engine was/is an absolute beauty and it should soon be going to its new home in Dundee (A1ex). I recently bought these wheels...... Fronts are 8x13" and the rears are 10x13". I also have the outer sections to make the fronts up to 10's if i need to. I just need to get the axle shortened to fit them! And get some decent brakes to fit under the 13's..........
capri83 Posted November 12, 2009 Report Posted November 12, 2009 you,ve done a really good job with her mate, i bet he's an animal ......well done
sambo Posted November 18, 2009 Author Report Posted November 18, 2009 you,ve done a really good job with her mate, i bet he's an animal ......well done Cheers bud, trouble is, i never get to drive her as its always off the bloody road for some reason or another! Bought the dry sump fittings now and will be getting it back on the road in the early new year! Woohoo!
Toby Posted November 24, 2009 Report Posted November 24, 2009 Car looks great in the pic's mate - I never knew it was so good. Those new wheels should really set it off. I bet you can't wait to get that engine in and up the road!
