english slippers

Ok guys heres the deal my plate type slipper is worn out havent had it sreviced since before i gave up racing in 1996

I did have it in the tina earler in the year but she wouldent spin up the wheels no matter how heavy my right foot

 

so I put a standard diff in her

 

now I am thinking of getting some one to service my slipper with new plates and fitt new side & pinion bearrings so its brand new and ready for the OSFDC

 

but who to use/trust as the guy I used years back is no longer around

 

so guys who do you use/used in the M25 area and any idear on price if I supply the bearrings/re-build kit

Try BGH Geartech they are very good, setting up a diff is quite expensive not sure on the price probably in the region of £150.

never been up the strip marty spent years small oval racing so straight line stuff will be fun

 

but i did spend a season crewing for andy robbinson on a pro mod car

i use a guy called paul who owns southern axle services in watford he has done many diffs for both my road and race cars!!!!

he spends most of his time doing them for drag cars and runs a n/a camaro that rund 8,s so he knows his stuff!! last time i had one done it was £100 cash!!! contact him on 01923230085.
