CapperTom Posted November 5, 2009 Report Posted November 5, 2009 Hi a friend has a puma and is very wet on the floor in drivers footwell and behind drivers seat. The water levels not dropped so not heater matrix. Any other ideas please ? Many thanks Tom
Trevmk3 Posted November 5, 2009 Report Posted November 5, 2009 maybe window or door seals, cant be sure though
Admin Vista Posted November 5, 2009 Admin Report Posted November 5, 2009 Has it got a sunroof? Sometimes the drain tubes from the tray get blocked and it ends up in the car.
mk3cokebottle Posted November 5, 2009 Report Posted November 5, 2009 do you have a scrapyard local ??
tim Posted November 5, 2009 Report Posted November 5, 2009 behind the door card is a membrain, sometimes these become unstuck from the door and water leaks in that way
baz105e Posted November 6, 2009 Report Posted November 6, 2009 i'd check the sunroof (if fitted) its normaly the best place to start looking
BIG G Posted November 6, 2009 Report Posted November 6, 2009 Plastic sheet behind the door like tim said or hole in the floor due to rust
mk14dr Posted November 6, 2009 Report Posted November 6, 2009 Boot seal? Door membrane? I've seen them leak from the rear light clusters too. I don't think I've ever seen a puma with a sunroof (not that I can remember anyway )
CapperTom Posted November 6, 2009 Author Report Posted November 6, 2009 No, no sunroof. Thanks for replys guys Tom
