I am 28 years old I live in Leicester & I drive a 1986 D reg capri 2.8i special I have owned her for about 2 months. Since my early teens I've always wanted to own a Capri but when it came to passing my test 7 years ago I could'nt afford to insure it so I ended up with a nova 1.3,as time went on the prices for capris hit the roof but I always said to myself I'll get one one day!, so untill that day I stayed with vauxhall (carlton,omega) surprisingly cheap to insure & i liked the bigger (saloon) car,& the capri was lost from my heart but never forgotten ! Early this year I got a bit bored of the Omega owning it for over 5 years I wanted something else but nothing modern took my fancy 'till I saw a shiny red Capri 2.8 one day on a driveway up for sale it only had 2 owners from new loads of history & only 97000 genuine miles & all origianal panels, A few rows with the missus & I was the proud owner of D48 BAC I had the biggest grin on my face I could'nt believe I finally own a car I've always wanted, its definately a car I promised myself & I love it I still wear the grin!!!
