fezza Posted December 30, 2006 Author Report Posted December 30, 2006 Cheers lads, the exhaust came with the engine when i bought it,not completely sure on it the badge was on there when i got it,didnt realise it was a mk1 badge,i would like to have the origonal badges etc and am deffo going to put the early stripe on not sure about the nose as that may be coming off at some point anyway
MK1 Dave Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 Chuffed for you mate! Its ace when lads get their car finished Agreed with the period nose cone (and the MK1 boot badge), not so keen on the stripes suggestion. The stripes would break up the slab sided look, which makes the MK2 so lovely. I'd definately get the back panel painted satin black, and I'd get a sided exhaust. Dave
fezza Posted December 30, 2006 Author Report Posted December 30, 2006 I'd definately get the back panel painted satin black Thats on my to do list as well m8
MK1 Dave Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 Halfords satin black rattle can. Its bloody close! Dave
