Does anybody else find spray painting incredibly addictive?

I bought a few cans of Satin Black today to spray behind the grill of my Mk2. I did that then continued on to the bonnet. Then took the wheels off and will be doing them tomorrow.

I spent the good part of an hour looking around the shed for things to paint :lol:

when i was strippin the underseal off the 'tina i used some thinners on a rag, which had quite an effect on me , which was nice as it distracted from the mundane task at hand

I have like many it would seem have spent many evenings the last few weeks stripping priming and painting my servo & tower....... then looked at the pile of pretty much every chassis and steering bracket and suspension part in the "waiting start" pile and BIG PANIC set in..... many £££ and many hours spent....... so i loaded the lot in the back of the daily and went to a local coating specialist.

4 days later, all the parts from my project blasted, primed and powder coated.... £90 the lot...... the best decision ive made this year :D:D

If anyone needs powder coating done and lives close to watford pm me these guys were fast polite and quick and to top it off cheap !
