2litreScapri Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 Hey all, Just thinking about my dad's old Mk3 Escort XR3 (yes I know it's not quite OSF but it is 1982!) GEV 746Y. Silver, came with digi clock & radio. The story goes that my dad got screwed over during the 90's recession, and in '94, unemployed, broke, & with the XR3 needing a new alternator, tax & MOT, he contacted a local scrap dealer who gave him £10 to take it away. The next day me & my mum were walking down the road & we saw it being driven on the road! Cheeky *******! Since '94 I've seen it driving zaround the Fleet, Hampshire area. Anybody know of it?
