Need help. Any computer guru's here?

i've probably been downloading too much filth but my aol spyzapper thing keeps displaying the message "we have found and blocked Gnorug AE" but when i delete it, it comes back 5 mins later?! obviously it is spyware but i have run spybot and Avira virus guard but to no avail. Any suggestions people? Cheers, Sam.

 

Also when i start my pc up, it displays the message on a black screen "this application has failed to start because sfc os.dll was not found. re-installing this application may fix this problem" What the fukc!!!!!????

Just a thought, have a look in SETTINGS - CONTROL PANEL and click on ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMMES see if there are any programmes in these recently installed that should not be there

 

or search for the virus name in the search facility and try to find it and manually delete it

also disconnect you pc from the net before you boot up and when running the virus checking in case it's connecting to download it again

turn off system restore then reboot into safe mode and then run spybot ect.keep sys restore off as bugs hide in there ready to install when u turn on.
