Back in the eighties there was a pale blue MK1 2dr at the top of box hill in the woods ,had a tree growing thorugh it was a bare shell , also been damaged by a tree ,im sure someone had pushed ito down the hill

Not been back to this day but im sure it wont have been moved as it wasnt possible to get it out !

10-15 years ago i was a young boy, and Ford bug was just startting to bite me..

It was badly rotten over ten years ago, when i count now it have allways been there when i remember.

I spend summers in the country whit my grandparents and it was in the woods next to it.

 

When i was 17 i bought my first car, MK1 Escort and many times looked usable parts for that one.

It didnt have many.

Its water rail crome strips are on my Escort.

 

Sadly the story about the car is that it have been just driven there.

After some years local youth have been taking it apart and braking it. This happened 15-20 years ago, when i was 10-15 years old.

And no i wasnt braking it i have just heard this story.

Its engine lays in the ground behind the car.

 

It have been silver at its original colour.

i love pictures like this. thats why i wanna get a Canon so i can take sick pictures of rusty things like this. i like pictures of old abandoned cars and deralect buildings especially ww2 buildings dunno why they've just always intrigued me . cant afford a SLR at the moment though haha.
