HASTINGS RUN ROUTE (TIME 1 HOUR 10 MINS/ 48 MILES)

 

ESSO CHIMES SERVICE STATION

SEVENOAKS ROAD

BR6 7SE ORPINGTON LEAVING HERE AT 08.15 AM SHARP!! (SET YOUR ALARMS)

 

MEETING POINT PRATTS BOTTOM.. TURN LEFT OUT OF GARAGE ONTO A21 AFTER 1 MILE

UPTO LARGE ROUNDABOUT TAKE THE 3RD EXIT FOR M25.. AT NEXT ROUNDABOUT TAKE

THE RIGHT ONTO THE M25 SIGNPOSTED HEATHROW /GATWICK/ SEVENOAKS A21

TRAVEL ALONG THE M25 FOR 2 MILES UNTILL THE ROAD SPLITS FOR THE A21( 2 RIGHT HAND LANES)

SIGNPOSTED SEVENOAKS / HASTINGS. STAY ON THIS ROAD TO HASTINGS…..

 

THERE ARE SOME PETROL STATIONS ON ROUTE IF YOU RUN LOW THESE ARE LISTED BELOW…

FIRST PETROL STN IS AFTER THE SOUTHBOROUGH + TUNBRIDGE WELLS TURNOFF (A26)

THIS IS A SMALL PETROL STATION AT 18.8 MILES…..

 

SECOND PETROL STN IS A LARGE BP GARAGE OFF A ROUNDABOUT AT 22.4 MILES

 

THIRD PETROL STN IS AT 32 MILES NEAR HURST GREEN…

 

AS YOU COME TOWARDS HASTINGS ON THE A21 GO PAST THE JUNCTION WITH THE A28 UNDER THE

ROAD BRIDGE, THERE IS A SAINSBURYS THEN A VAUXHALL DEALERS ON YOUR RIGHT GO DOWN A LONG HILL

THEN AT A ROUNDABOUT YOU TAKE THE LEFT ONTO THE A2101 ST HELENS ROAD,

FOLLOW THIS ROAD ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE NEXT ROUNDABOUT + GO STRAIGHT OVER FOR

THE TOWN CENTRE, GO PAST ALL THE SHOPS FOLLOWING THE ROAD WHICH TAKES YOU TO THE

SEAFRONT. TURN LEFT (FOLKSTONE A259) STRAIGHT OVER ROUNDABOUT ALONG SEAFRONT

TILL YOU GO PAST THE FUNFAIR ON YOUR RIGHT.. TURN RIGHT AT TRAFFIC LIGHTS ONTO ROCK-A-NORE RD.

GO ALONG THIS ROAD PAST THE FISHERMANS MUSEUM THEN JUST PAST THE BLUE REEF AQUARIUM (OPPOSITE THE TOILETS)

TURN RIGHT.. WE HAVE THE CAR PARK BEHIND THE

AQUARIUM.. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO AVOID HAVING TO PARK IN THE NORMAL CAR PARKS.......

 

END POSTCODE IS TN34 3DW

 

PLEASE REMEMBER THE POLICE KNOW WE ARE COMING SO BEHAVE

meeting point just off the roundabout on the a21

 

follow the a21 to hastings then at this junction turn left (a2101)

 

 

follow this road into the town centre onto the seafront then turn left..

 

travel along the seafront for a short way then you will see this sign...

 

 

turn right into rock-a-nore road......

 

when you get to these toilets turn right..

 

then right again we have this whole car park for our sole use vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv

Be aware as you come into Hastings there are one or two working speed camera's
