OMG, i hate them, i normally get the wife to deal with them as im cowering away in the corner, Sambos good with spiders but he has moved out now they dont just creep up on your face in the night they lay eggs in your ears and when they hatch out they eat into your brain and then slowly ....... or is that just the fear in me comming out lol

We've had a few in the house and covering the Cortina. Had one in the other night that was wearing a German helmet and Boots. Don't kill them though, they make a mess.

I found one at work the other day, that was foooooooking big! It would not have fitted in a glass, I would have needed a bucket to put on it. I'm not keen on spiders they scare the sh1t out of me so I wacked it with a shovel. I work for a shipping company and think it possibly was not native to this country., i expect it came in on one of the containers. I should have took a photo of it.

 

I have some monsters in my shed, they hear me walking up the garden and the fookers hold the door shut and won't let me in, no really!

Don't know how true this is so don't hold me to it, but i've heard that if you put a conker in each corner of a room spiders won't come in the room.

So get out and start collecting conkers!

I have done this and think it scared them out of the corners into the front room

I did the conker thing and so far i've only seen one spider.....twas frickin huge ...

 

 

....apparently the conkers in each corner is an old wives tale too ,but hey im not taking any chances

as known i keep snakes as a hobby but also have a mexican red knee as a pet and handle it with out a prob well only when the house is empty as the wife freaks out on me and i also keep scorpions and lizards as well
