U bought this to fit my alleycats too, my 1st Capri :D

 

1.6 with 104k, the guy I bought it off bought it from Ford when it was 9 months old :banana: :ykt: :banana:

 

Any advice/opinions?

Apparently it starts with no issues too but its only a 1600, how hard is it to convert to pinto ??

 

He has had it since 9 months old :D

Itll already be a pinto, 2 litre will bolt straight in.

I see it has an original parcel shelf, if it's in good nick store it away out of the sunlight and sit on it. People go mad for solid originals. Anyway awesome buy, that engine should still be sweet and if you've got room stash it away. Too many decent 1.6 pintos are being binned these days, you never know how much it may be worth too.

am i going to be murdered for cutting holes in my shelf for some 6x9s then :P

 

If it was uncut beforehand then yes, im afraid so.

I knew I shouldnt have admitted that lol, been around old fords for years though is that counts :D

 

Had a fair few mk1 and mk2 esorts too :D
