Admin Mk2Jo Posted April 4, 2011 Admin Report Posted April 4, 2011 I contacted the organisers last week to see if we could book a club stand but they don't do club stands. The guy suggested that if we want to park together then we should meet up in one of their car parks and then drive in together and then we will get in and be parked as a group. If you fancy organising something Willsy, let me know as I would be interested. Tickets are £10 per person on the day and that includes entry into Beaulieu but you must arrive in your car to get that entry rate Here is his e-mail: Dear Jo I am just responding to your email regarding to our Simply Ford Event. At this year’s show we are not including designated club areas, however we encourage clubs to meet before the event, perhaps in one of our Car Parks, in order to be parked together in the show. Stewards will park people as they arrive so arriving in your club/group would be advisable. The ticket price is the same in advance or on the day, either option is fine. We encourage people to book in advance so they can enter the show quicker, rather than fiddling around with money on the day. You'd probably need to arrange something local to Beaulieu too as people may come from multiple different directions
