Thoughts on wheels

I've been offered a set of these wheels. Decided that before I took the plunge I would Photoshop them onto my car to see how they look and get your opinions

Theres a reason for them being over used though i suppose But i know what you mean, does get a little boring seeing the same wheels Ive kept the old style theme with my choice of wheels, but gone more modern on the colour choice: http://www.midlandwheels.com/Shop/P-265 ... -ET-7.html

 

Ive never seen a mk1 escort on alley cats yet, they could be worth a try, only ever seen them on mk2's.....they look pretty cool, bit pricey though usually

Can completely see were your all coming from because I was unsure, I’ve got some lotus 5.5s for it which it looks awesome on. These aren’t allycats there Porsche 935 BBS fan wheels, quite rare apparently. Think it would be wise to continue with the period racer feel

I actually quite like them.

Its good to be different. Especially as they look like knock on/off

types, so assume hubs would need redrilling for fitment.

I would have to say not my cuppa! but jury is out until may be a differernt colour.after all every body is different, and it can be good to be different.

any wheel with a good et and a low stanced car looks the nuts but not in that color maybe try a more retro color and they might look abit like the old compo meshes which look the nuts.....try another color mate and dont fit massive tyres it ruins a car
